01
Daily Site Visits & Active Supervision
Our field team conducts site visits to review attendance, uniform, alertness, post instructions and service quality. Site observations and corrective actions can be documented and shared with the authorized client representative according to the agreed reporting plan.
02
No Security Post Left Unattended — Replacement Planning
Duty rosters and backup arrangements are planned to reduce the risk of an unattended post. If a guard is absent or an unexpected staffing issue occurs, our operations team coordinates a replacement as quickly as practicable under the agreed deployment plan. Replacement timelines and escalation steps are documented in the contract.
03
Verified Security Guards
We follow a documented onboarding process that includes identity and address-document checks and police/antecedent verification wherever applicable and required. Role suitability, training and site-specific briefing are reviewed before deployment. Verification records are handled in accordance with applicable law and privacy requirements.
04
Centralized CCTV Monitoring Facility
Where included in the contract, authorized camera feeds can be monitored by the designated RAJ Security team from its central office. The customer must authorize secure remote access to compatible cameras or the DVR/NVR system. Reliable internet connectivity is required. Existing systems are checked for compatibility; if cameras are not installed, we can coordinate a site survey and an installation proposal through an appropriate technology provider. Monitoring hours, camera coverage, escalation contacts and charges are confirmed in writing.
05
Dog Squad / K9 Security Support
For suitable assignments, a trained dog squad with qualified handlers can be proposed subject to availability, site suitability, risk assessment and applicable permissions. The proposal will clarify whether the service is directly deployed or provided through a specialist partner.
06
8-Person Quick Response Team (QRT) Arrangement
An 8-person Quick Response Team arrangement can be proposed for eligible sites and contracts, subject to availability, location, response coverage and agreed mobilization time. The response plan identifies the escalation contact and coordination process. A QRT is not a substitute for contacting police, fire or medical emergency services when needed.
07
Four Physical Night Patrol Visits per Week
The service plan can include four physical night-patrol visits per week, as specified in the contract. Patrols can cover agreed checkpoints, access points, boundary areas, guard alertness and visible security concerns. Visit frequency, timing and documentation are set out in the site-specific plan.
08
Digital Night Patrolling & App-Based Alertness Monitoring
Where an appropriate app or digital system is enabled, patrol checkpoints, timestamps and missed-checkpoint alerts can be recorded. Sleeping-control or inactivity alerts depend on the actual app/device capabilities, configuration and site conditions. We describe these features only to the extent supported by the deployed system.
09
Trained Screening Personnel — DFMD, HHMD & X-Ray Scanners
We can deploy trained security personnel for screening duties according to site requirements. Training can cover Door Frame Metal Detectors (DFMD), Hand-Held Metal Detectors (HHMD), baggage scanners, alarm response, secondary checks, visitor handling and escalation, subject to the equipment and the client's screening procedures.
10
HHMD & Walkie-Talkie Support
For eligible contracts, basic equipment such as hand-held metal detectors and walkie-talkies may be supplied by RAJ Security or arranged on a rental basis, subject to stock, site requirements and quotation. Quantities, accessories, charging, maintenance and replacement terms are specified in the proposal.
11
DFMD Gates & X-Ray Baggage Scanners on Rental
DFMD gates and X-ray baggage scanners may be available on a rental basis for suitable sites, subject to equipment availability, technical assessment and a separate quotation. Trained operators can also be proposed where included. Installation, transport, setup, maintenance and operator costs should be itemized in writing.
12
Experience Supporting High-Requirement Locations
Our security-industry experience includes work and equipment-support requirements for demanding environments. The company can discuss relevant experience and references during the proposal process, subject to client confidentiality and permission to disclose. Specific site deployments and equipment scope should be confirmed for each enquiry.
13
Digital Attendance, Duty Rosters & Reports
Where included, customers can receive attendance summaries, duty rosters, site-inspection reports, patrol records and incident updates. Reporting frequency and access rights are agreed with the client to support transparency while protecting personal and sensitive information.
14
Emergency & Incident Escalation
Site instructions can define whom to contact, how to report an incident, what information to record and how to escalate to the client's authorized representative and emergency services. Incident reports are prepared according to the contract and applicable privacy rules.
15
Security Risk Assessment & Site-Specific Deployment
Before deployment, we can review entry points, guard posts, visitor flow, patrol routes, night-time risks and screening needs. Staffing, equipment and supervision recommendations are based on the site visit, customer requirements and applicable rules.
16
Guard Training & Refresher Briefings
Training and briefings can cover professional conduct, visitor management, access control, emergency response, screening equipment and site-specific instructions. Refresher sessions and training records are arranged according to the assignment and agreed service requirements.
17
Emergency Backup & Manpower Coordination
Operations planning includes escalation for absenteeism, urgent replacement requests and changes in site requirements. Available backup, mobilization time and any additional charges are confirmed in the contract rather than left ambiguous.
18
Digital Incident Reporting
Where the agreed process supports it, incidents can be logged with time, location, description, actions taken and supporting evidence where lawful and authorized. Reports are shared with designated contacts and retained according to the agreed procedure.
19
Monthly Security Performance Review
A monthly or agreed-period report can summarize attendance, site visits, patrol records, incidents, complaints and corrective actions. Review meetings help the customer and service team identify recurring issues and agree improvements.
20
Dedicated Customer Support & Complaint Tracking
Customers are provided with designated contact and escalation details. Complaints can be recorded, assigned, tracked and closed after follow-up. Response targets should be agreed in the service plan according to the urgency and the support coverage purchased.
21
Access Control & Visitor Management
Depending on the site, we can support visitor registration, contractor entry procedures, vehicle records, access-control workflows and digital visitor management. Software, hardware and integrations are assessed separately for compatibility and cost.
22
Integrated Security & Housekeeping
Where required, we can prepare a combined proposal for security guards, supervisors, housekeeping and facility-support manpower. Staffing, shifts, consumables, equipment, responsibilities, statutory costs and exclusions are listed clearly in the commercial proposal.
23
Fire Emergency Coordination & Evacuation Readiness
Site teams can be briefed on emergency contacts, evacuation routes, alarm escalation and coordination with the client's designated fire-safety personnel. Specialist fire audits, equipment certification and technical work are arranged through qualified providers where required.
24
Customer Feedback & Corrective Action
Customer feedback can be collected during periodic reviews. Service issues are recorded with an owner and target date, then followed up with the client. This helps make performance improvements measurable rather than relying only on verbal assurances.
25
CCTV Installation & Maintenance Coordination
Where cameras are not installed or the existing system needs upgrades, we can coordinate a site assessment and proposal through a suitable technology provider. Equipment, installation, connectivity, storage, maintenance and monitoring charges are clearly separated unless specifically included.
